Loyalty Card System
The loyalty card system allows customers to pre-pay for products/services. The System then allows customers to redeem their prepaid value to purchase items using their designated card. Each card contains a unique account number which represents that Customer's account.

The Loyalty Card System will allow you to:

  • Attract and retain customers
  • Increase your cash flow
  • Increase your business branding reach
The System is built on proprietary software which is developed and owned by Limestring Solutions Inc. This software runs on a small computer which sits under your counter. Interaction with the system is done through a small character LCD, card scanner, and a numeric keypad. Detailed reporting and system information can also be accessed using an external computer (not supplied).

System Features Plastic Cards
Using the terminal interface, the System will allow the merchant to:
  • Activate/Deactivate a card
  • Add/Deduct funds to/from a card
  • Check the balance of a card
  • View previous message history
  • Backup the database
The System also has a customizable secure web interface which allows an Administrator to access an abundant amount of information such as:
  • Transaction history
  • Card details
  • Entire system status/details
  • Adjust card balance
  • Activate/Deactivate (suspend) cards
  • Batch addition of cards to the System
Additional features can be added to the system for an extra charge.
High quality plastic cards are used with the System. A coating is placed on the printed side of each card to protect the cards from scratching and will help keep the colors vivid for a longer time.
